The Lyvella TeamWe operate as LMTrade, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) in Hengelo, the Netherlands — a structure that combines hands-on Dutch-based management with direct sourcing relationships, so we can bring carefully selected products to shoppers in Germany and Austria while staying accountable and close to home.

Who's behind Lyvella
Lyvella is operated by LMTrade, a company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
We combine Dutch-based management and oversight with direct sourcing relationships, giving us the accountability of a locally registered business with the reach to source genuinely interesting products. That structure is intentional: it means someone is accountable for every order, every policy, and every customer conversation.
That accountability extends to how we operate in every market we serve: accurate product descriptions, fair and transparent pricing, secure payment processing, and delivery you can track.
Dutch-based management
Oversight, customer support, and business operations are managed from the Netherlands, under KvK registration.

Every Lyvella purchase is covered by our 30-day return policy. If a product arrives damaged, not as described, or simply doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we will make it right — whether through a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. We do not charge restocking fees. We do not make returns difficult. Your satisfaction is the point.
